The 1 Bedroom Pool View apartments are north facing which overlooks the pool area, and have side views of the ocean and The Esplanade, as well as western views of the city skyline.
These spacious apartments have a full kitchen, living/dining area, lounge suite, separate bedroom with Queen bed (extra bedding available upon request) plus all room amenities including hairdryer and ironing facilities.
These rooms are not air-conditioned but have openable windows to all areas and a ceiling fan in the bedroom and lounge.
Our one bedroom pool view apartments represent excellent value for money with the dining, shopping and entertainment precinct located a few minutes walk, and a patrolled area of Surfers Paradise beach located across the road.
A Coles supermarket, newsagent, liquor stores and Spa salons are all less than a few minutes walk.

Important Terms and Conditions:
Your 1 Bedroom Pool View room is ready and made-up with linen, towels and amenities. All displayed rates are for 1-2 persons. To maintain our competitive pricing they are self-catering and we only provide housekeeping services for bookings 8 nights or more. Complimentary in-room internet is provided and one car park per booking is provided by the Body Corporate. Rollaway/sofa beds are available for an extra charge but must be arranged at the time of booking or at least 48 hours prior to check-in.
For this reason, we request all guests check and or confirm the bedding included in their booking. The photos/videos of rooms are indicative only as all rooms are individually owned and furnished. The complex has a strict “No Party” policy. Valid Photo Identification Security deposit of $250.00 held by a pre-authorisation card hold.
