Our Hotel Beachfront Rooms offer amazing beachfront views over the iconic Surfers Paradise Beach and the Esplanade, and have post-card views of the Surfers Paradise towers and skyline at night.
During the annual whale migration, enjoy watching them frolicking close to the shore from the comfort of your Hotel Beachfront room.
These comfortable hotel-style rooms feature a queen size bed (extra bedding available upon request), ceiling fans, ironing facilities, hairdryer and complimentary wi-fi.
Our hotel rooms do not have any kitchen equipment, cooking facilities, crockery or cutlery, but do include a microwave, bar fridge, tea & coffee making facilities.
These rooms are not air-conditioned but have openable windows and a ceiling fan.
Hotel Beachfront rooms boast beautiful ocean and beach views and are a great value option for solo travellers or couples seeking Surfers Paradise accommodation close to all the action.

Important Terms & Conditions:
Your Hotel Beachfront room is ready and made-up with linen, towels and amenities. All displayed rates are for 1–2 persons. To maintain our competitive pricing they are self-catering and we only provide housekeeping services for bookings 8 nights or more.
Complimentary in-room internet is provided and one car park per booking is provided by the Body Corporate. Rollaway/sofa beds are available for an extra charge but must be arranged at the time of booking or at least 48 hours prior to check-in.
For this reason, we request all guests check and/or confirm the bedding included in their booking. The photos/videos of rooms are indicative only as all rooms are individually owned and furnished.
The complex has a strict “No Party” policy. Valid Photo Identification Security deposit of $250.00 held by a pre-authorisation card hold.
