Our Studio rooms are open-plan design and are north-facing with a small juliette balcony which overlooks the pool area, as well as expansive views of the beach, ocean and The Esplanade.
They have air-conditioning, a kitchenette and cooktop, dining and lounge suites and have all guest amenities such as hairdryer, iron/board, large flat-screen TV, and queen sized bed (extra bedding available upon request).
The Studios represent excellent value for money, with the dining, shopping and entertainment precinct located a few minutes walk, and a patrolled area of Surfers Paradise beach across the road.
When booking studios you have a choice of 2 categories – Levels 1-7 (lower levels and usually a lower nightly rate), or Levels 8+ which provide better views, however the room layout, furnishings and features are the same across all levels.

Important Terms and Conditions:
Your Studio Ocean View room is ready and made-up with linen, towels and amenities. All displayed rates are for 1-2 persons. To maintain our competitive pricing they are self-catering and we only provide housekeeping services for bookings 8 nights or more.
Complimentary in-room internet is provided and one car park per booking is provided by the Body Corporate. Rollaway/sofa beds are available for an extra charge but must be arranged at the time of booking or at least 48 hours prior to check-in.
For this reason, we request all guests check and or confirm the bedding included in their booking. The photos/videos of rooms are indicative only as all rooms are individually owned and furnished. The complex has a strict “No Party” policy. Valid Photo Identification Security deposit of $250.00 held by a pre-authorisation card hold.
